The Thunder won a wild Game 4 in triple OT to even up this series at 2 games apiece and with the win Oklahoma City took back home court advantage. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined to score 75 points in the Game 4 win and now the Thunder are the team that has the momentum in this series. The Grizzlies had their chances in Game 4 and the main reason they lost is that they only shot 36% from the field and they were outscored 14-4 in the 3rd and final OT period. Marc Gasol was the only Memphis starter that shot at least 50% from the floor.

The Thunder won Game 4 in 3 OT 133-123 and they covered the spread with the posted total obviously going Over.

This season the Thunder are 47-42-2 ATS and the Thunder are 59-31-2 ATS.

Zach Randolph was the high scorer for the Grizzlies in Game 4 and while he was 16/17 from the free throw line he was only 9/25 from the floor. The Memphis guards must play better than they did in Game 4 when Sam Young, Tony Allen, and Mike Conley combined to score 22 points on horrid 5/25 shooting. These guys have to score from the perimeter so the Thunder do not pack the lane on D to contain Randolph and Gasol.

In Game 3 the Thunder gave up a big lead and lost and the Grizzlies did that in Game 4 leading by as much as 16 points in the game.

Durant and Westbrook were helped out on offense in Game 4 by the reserve duo of Daequan Cook and James Harden and neither of these guys shot the rock that well, but as a duo they chipped in for 29 points. The Grizzlies must keep other players besides Durant and Russell from scoring and if they can do that they have a much better chance to win.

The Grizzlies lost in 3 OT in Game 4 even though they shot a terrible FG% and they only hit on 6/23 of their 3-pointers (26.1%). They not only have to shoot the ball better in Game 5, but they also have to get back on defense, as the Thunder had 26 fast break points in Game 4.

Durant hit some big shots in Game 4, but he went a long stretch in the 4th quarter without taking a shot, had 5 turnovers, and was only 1/6 from beyond the 3-point arc. He did hit 16 of 18 free throws, but he must find his stroke and be involved in the Oklahoma City offense late in the game.
